the only thing I don't like are those "ears" on the side openings, I am hoping they can be smoothed out but I don't know if the material allows it.

There was a guy with a white Z in TX (MedRn210) with the stillen front. I don't know if he still has the car or bumper but if he does check it out in person. It might give you an idea if they can be smoothed out. I'd also try pm-ing josh at stillen and ask him, he is always helpful and i'm sure if he doesn't know he'd try and find out for you.
