Belt undone, sure, but they are also off a bit.

Shirt is 40% unbuttoned so easy access has been granted.

Yeah, but fast food is often a hindrance to sex, as it results in feeling tired.

Yeah, but the grease is a natural lubricate and what better way then to burn off the fast food.

True, the eyes do indicate another story.
Maybe because the 409 was put into the food of the camera taker and she is sad about what is happening?

Also, the red cheeks might be because of the cold weather.
