photoshop request

I suck bad at photoshop, but yesterday I saw(and i dont know if this person posts here) a PW with the space to outside of the fangs filled in white. it looked really good. Usually where the black is/where the modshck fresh air ducts goes was body matched...can anyone do this...this might be the route i go...it looked sweet

hmmm not really....maybe a front face shot and the black spaces next to the fangs body matched instead of black. They look almost like they could have been vents or something
