+1 You'll need about 480HP to get it to 180MPH. No bolt-ons will do that except a 200 shot of Nitrous and a prayer.
Depends... If you have a close ratio transmission and you're fast at shifting, not really. I guess if you did it every time you'd blow through your clutch fast, but it's not that bad. I do it a lot when I need that extra tenth. Turbo cars don't lose any spool when you power shift.
