I know its just water, but seeing a car that covered still makes me cringe.... especially a MB 370Z.

lol you mean the trick where you try to keep the wiper from freezing to the car but just ends up breaking off due to the weight of the snow? yeah in one of the pictures i posted previously you can see this happening to my neighbor's audi...good trick ; )
