Are those S-tune side skirts or OEM Nismo?

vipor 02-15-2010 09:21 PM

Not OEM, gotta be S-Tune

Minicobra1 02-15-2010 09:46 PM

looks pretty good

NewlyIMPORTed 02-15-2010 09:50 PM

how did you get that nismo bumper??

Funky370z 02-15-2010 10:23 PM

they are oem side skirts which so happens to be the same as the s tune. I ordered the rear bumper thru my nissan dealer.

Definitely not the same skirts.

Funky370z 02-15-2010 10:37 PM

Funny when we called nissan they only listed these for the nismo model. Looks like mine kick up more towards the rear than your do.

vipor 02-15-2010 10:42 PM

The front portion is the most obvious difference.

Yours still flows good though.

Funky370z 02-15-2010 10:44 PM

the side sills part number was g68e0-1ea3a
ft bumper was fbm231a47h
rear bumper hem231a47h

I cant find the number for the under spoiler for the front bumper

Thanks!! I wanted a Nismo but back after i wreck my 350z in Jan of 09 they weren't out yet =( so I went with a Sport Touring and did some add ons.:happydance:

vipor 02-15-2010 10:47 PM

If I could do it all over again I'd be torn between the Nismo or a Base+Sport+Racing Seats+Volks+F.I. CBE+COBB+Tein

I think it adds up somewhat closely, but I still like how the Nismo looks and the wheels for sure :D

Funky370z 02-15-2010 10:59 PM

I would of loved to have down a roadster with the nismo parts on it... but we are starting to get crazy. I went over board on my 350.. I promised myself this time I wouldn't do FI

JonnieN 02-16-2010 03:37 AM

Thank you for them pics. I like it. :excited:.

ducky 02-16-2010 04:06 AM

very nice...making me wanna get the rear nismo bumper now..maybe i'll ask my friend if he wanna give me his rear bumper hahaha

Z_you_Later 02-16-2010 04:52 AM

Turned out really good ... Did you end up buying the additional brackets/hardware to make the bumper fit? I got my dealership to research it last month and they said all I really needed was this additional piece on each side and the bumper and it would work. Is that true?

xfrgtr 02-16-2010 05:24 AM

Beautiful

Supergoji 02-16-2010 02:50 PM

get a mines rear spoiler lip and a rear diffuser. and it'll look even more ballin.

PapoZalsa 02-16-2010 10:09 PM

Awesome looking Z. I really like the Nismo rear bumper. And it looks good with the OEM Sport spoiler.

Those side skirts look like the Nismo S-Tune side skirts. I assume that is what they are.

jmlenz 02-19-2010 11:48 PM

Nice looking Z!

Couple questions for you...does the rear bumper fit without any other hardware? As in no new fender liners, bumper reinforcements, etc. Just pull of factory bumper and bolt on Nismo?

The front bumper from what Ive read requires the nismo diffuser/under spolier to fit the factory undertray and new fender liners since it is wider. Did you use these parts?

The rear bumper will bolt on, What I did was hack up some old fender liners and made pieces to extend the non nismo liners. I did this front and back.

For the front bumper I did buy the Chin piece so that my belly pan would bolt to the bumper. I just had to drill two new holes and everything lined up nicely.

If you want a true OEM look your gonna want to purchase the liners, I might even in the future do so.

jmlenz 02-20-2010 06:45 PM

^ good info Funky. Glad to hear the rear bolts on without issues, less the fender liners. Do you know the part numbers for the rear Nismo liners? I can find the part numbers for the front Nismo liners, just not the rear so I wasnt sure it needed them...but looks like it does. The front liners are about $93/each for the Nismo.

Rear fender protector part number is below..

1. H5064 1A47A
2. H5065 1A47A

Can you give me the part number for the front Nismo liners ?

F3845-1A30A (Front inner wheel well liner for one side)
F3844-1A30A (Other side - Without these there is a gap between the sides of the fron bumper and the inner liner of the wheel wells)

Hope this helps

Thank you for your information.
But, those parts are for the front fender liners, do you know the small parts to cover the gap between the front bumper and fender liners ?
I heard that two pieces for each fender and bracket to hold the bumper and under cover.

No offense, but your wheel offset is WAY off, I really dont think the car looks good, maybe some spacers??

tonybui 05-07-2010 11:17 AM

how much did the rear run you ?

celiboom 01-02-2017 06:35 PM

When you said you used some used liner for front and rear bumper, which liner did you used?

Do you have any close pics? Dealer wants 400$ for both (canadian $) so If I could end up fabricating them myself!

cooltoy 01-02-2017 11:00 PM

2010.

celiboom 01-06-2017 01:37 PM

It's ok, I was taking a chance!! was able to fit my nismo bumper quite easily
