Looks to be the HKS kit that is a two (2) oil cooler system. I believe that the Nissan US bound press cars had this one installed. Actually, HKS has this system with three coolers: two for oil, and one for the AT.

If you are talking about the exhaust pic, then yes it's a pump powered diff cooler. See where one of the fittings (blue and red) are connected to the diff drain plug? The other is connected to the fill plug opening.

It kind of looks like a SLR exhaust but i've never really seen a quality picture of the SLR exhaust before
