This kind of late, but here it is.
It was on Sunday, Jan 4, 2009. From 2 om to late afternoon. As much of the follow the z events happening the past 1.5 months they were looking to promote the Yellow and Blue 370z models. Everybody was impressed with the completely redesigned 370z, but more impressed by the models that were at the gathering. It was a perfect evening, no clouds, a warm day just to enjoy the Follow the Z event. They were giving promotion to the new Xbox Game, Need For Speed, which I have to say, not to many people was looking at that specific spot. Live Dj Music, free food, an opportunity to win a Sparco Backpack with Z Logo by a raffle, just filling a questionnaire , it was nice, I didn't win... A lot of Datsun 240z, 280's, 300zx, 350z, etc.. Pictures will talk As much as I can say from the Z, they had 2 models on display: 1) Blue 370z Base with Sport Package; 2) Yellow 370z Touring, Sport and Nav. Package; The more likely Z to the people was the Touring with Nav and Sport Package. I asked people what they think about the new Z (just to make a small poll to share with you guys [5 friends]) and what they LIKE was, how was the feeling of the new seats, more comfortable(both, cloth and leather) the position of the shift (MT), the feel of the paddle shifters(AT), the new localization of the glove compartment, the new size and feeling of the steering wheel, auxiliary connection is a standard, physically they liked the new wide body, and overall style. Most of the people were arguing, like and dislike, of the rear cap, which in Europe model is another break light. Personally, I don't like it. What most of them didn't like, inside rear view, for me is not a big problem and the new gas display as from interior design that was the most dislike points. Here in are some attached pictures of the events hope you like them. I also took some pictures from the kick plates, difference between base model and touring model. Also, I will make a recall from my test drive experience 'cause there is basically my review and other pictures from the illuminated kick plates. I test drove the 370z!! Haaaa! Also, I am 6'2" 195 Lbs, and I will set a pictures with me inside the car so you can see a more or less inside space for people who are in my height range. Touring Sport and Nav. I don't know if you will be able to see it, but they have the 3M cover Base with Sport Package I am 6'2" 195 lbs. Last edited by o0javi0o; 01-06-2009 at 05:27 PM. |

The power seats, atleast on the touring sport I sat in is located on the inside right hand side of the driver seat (like they were on the old G35 coupes). I believe the circular levers on the left control the lumbar supports.

Yep, same as the 350Z. Touring model gets power seats, base model doesn't. The circular levers just raise and lower the front and back of the bottom part of the seat on the 350Z (pitch adjustment I guess), probably the same on the 370.
