The cleaning wasn't fun lol but it was worth it in my book.. we tried to put a flag on top and shut it in the doors but noone had one that wasn't on a pole and i bet if i would let them do it Ground Zero would take a collection up and pay to have that flag painted on there lol

Like a guy once told me. First thing I do when I buy a new guitar is set it in the bed of my truck. Then I find a big rock, and toss it over my shoulder into the bed of said truck. 1 of 3 things happen 1) I'm over it being "new" as I damn near killed it anyway. 2) It gets dented and now I can play it without worry 3) It gets destroyed...therefore it was never meant to be. Part of that advice was, never get a guitar you're not willing to get dinged up. Well, sub "guitar" with "370z" and there ya go. |

On Kannibul's point..
One of the guys in the office had a good story.. a good friend of his dad had a farm, and would end up replacing his truck every 10 years or so.. it's a farm truck, meant to be used, and of course a brand new truck looked too good to be "used" the way it should be.. His solution? Day 1 when he brought it home, he threw a shovel at it.. wasn't a perfect shiny truck, and it's days of being a farm truck began.. |
