Default Autel OBDII Scanner - Weird Reading

So... I bought an OBDII reader. It tells me that I have two "faults" or diagnostic codes. However, when I scroll down, it says the code is "N/A" for both of them.

What does this mean?

Should I reset the car and see if the Check Engine light comes on again - just to test whether this is just a glitch? Or does N/A mean something?

Thoughts?
