How did you guys go about downloading the the manual? The linked site looks sketchy and I can't figure out what the hell I'm downloading.

I downloaded it last week but didn't use this link I used the other guys link in the sticky.

Is there someplace I can get a hard copy of the service manual? Or must I resort to printing this out at work while getting dirty looks from half the office?

The FSM comes on a DVD. Only way to get a paper copy is to wear out your printer. There are lots of hyperlinks in it jumping you to additional processes.

This link seems to be for the 2009 manual.

Does anyone know about a link for the 2011?
