$ 1,000 ....
Good Morning All,
So my mother just informed me that this year I will be getting $ 1,000 for christmas as part of the inheritance that she received from my grandmother.My question for all you guys (and Gals! ) out there is what wold you recommend in upgrades? I drive an 09 Nissan 370z Nismo. I don't want any exterior upgrades as I already love the lock of my whip. I'm really in the market to increase my HP. I understand it's only 1K but I work fulltime so this on top of what I have should be able to land me some nice parts. What are your suggestions? Thanks! |

If the budget is $1000, buy a Stillen G3 and bank the rest. If the budget is $1700~, exhaust and intake

Used cat back and a set of MAF tubes and drop ins. Sway bars if you've got money left over.

alright settle down lads settle down, what I really wanted to do was put it away and save my own 1,000 by xmas and than after the new year purchase a new exhaust. Which is a better way to start, the exhuast or the Stillen G3? And any recommendations on exhaust systems? I wish I could afford the Quad

the CBE you probably will nee a bit more than 1000 includin the installation... any exhaust gives relatively similiar power. it's all about what your ears like! |

it all depends on your ears. whats music to some is just a raspy fart can to others. OP you need to spend an hour on youtube listening to the different exhausts... maybe find some guys in the spring with different kits on and listen to the sounds! |
