weird but good.
I was on my way to work and my clutch stopped working, pulled over and got my car towed to a Nissan dealership. They said it was a csc problem and they will take care of it. 4 days later (today) the service adviser gave me a sheet of paper with everything that they had fixed and it blew my mind. They installed a brand new transmission, clutch, flywheel, clutch slave cylinder, clutch master cylinder, gtr clutch fluid, new oil pan, oil and filter. Everything was brand spanking new. The car feels so smooth now. All covered under my extended warranty. Car has 41k miles.
Is this normal or am I just really lucky? |

You're lucky and business is probably very slow at the stealership during the holidays.
Warranty work is billed at a lower labor rate, but it is better than sitting around. Quote:

Lucky for sure. However I would show a little appreciation to the service Mgr. and the service guy that took care of you. Buy them a couple dozen donuts and let them know how much it is a appreciated. I have done this before and something this small goes along way. Glad to hear things worked out.
