Storage Question
Folks...My First Post.
Just putting our new 2014 to bed for the winter however this is the first time I have stored a "modern" vehicle as our other toy is a 74 Corvette. With the Vette I have been removing the battery each winter for years without giving it a second thought....started doing the same procedure on the Z and thought with all the computer black boxes and the like, I better check before I went ahead. Will there be any issues in the spring when I re-install the battery, or perhaps I should just hook up my battery tender and leave it. My garage is not heated. Thanx in advance. I personally store it with a tender hooked up to.keep it topped off. It's in an enclosed carport without heat. I don't see removing the battery as a problem per se, but all the computers will be reset (engine, radio, clock). Not a big deal but a tender is easier

I just disconnected my battery last year, and come April, the car started right up. I am doing the same thing this year.
