Goodbye 370z
I really do love it man. It's my first boosted car, so the fact I hear the turbo and BOV is just something I love. Every time I get in boost and shift I just wanna turn to my passenger and ask, "Did you hear that?" lol You can completely change the center differential and go as far a 75% power in the rear and 25% up front. You can also adjust the power curve for a more economic drive or all out sport. It only weighs a little over 3300 lbs so it's not too far from the 370. It's EXTREMELY roomy. Quote:
Like I said above, I think the same thing about the civic window. That's the only part about the car that threw me off at first, but it's grew on me because I see so much of the road now. Window tint is a must! Thank you man! Last edited by z34corey; 10-31-2014 at 02:27 PM. |

Yeah it's huge! Haha but I love it. It's so big you see out of the back window perfectly. This wing is a tested 3mph to the top speed. Quote:
I'm telling you man, this car is torquey. It is rated at 305/290 from the factory, but this car only weighs about 80 pounds more than the Z. I'm in the 1000 mile (recommend by Subaru) break in period and can only shift to 4k, but so far, the torque is very very impressive. The wait to shift at redline is killing me! A guy with his 15', stage 2, ran a 12.065 @112 with the stock turbo of course. He's at 356whp/387tq. So the power is there if you want it! Thanks man! Quote:
These cars have so much more room than previous years. It has an inch more wheelbase. You can completely adjust the steering wheel. Of course up and down, but now in and out like a telescope. Test drive this years version and see if it's got enough room for you now! |

I completely know what you're talking about with the civic style window! This car had to grow on me because at first, I visually hated it. This car looks really aggressive at certain angles. But I'm hoping to find some really aggressive rain guards to shorten the large window surface. But let me tell you, you see EVERYTHING while driving and I love it. No more feeling like I'm gonna die while switching lanes in the Z with that huge blind spot! The picture below is of a guy that's done a great job with his build. I hope to find rain guards that are super slim. Maybe it'll grow on you like it did me. |

The hatch is gone for this year. They seem to do that. Randomly take it away from year to year. Part of the reason is that every 2/3 they sold last year was a sedan. It's funny you mention fitting your Z and G wheels in there. One of the first things my dealer showed me is how big the trunk is the year with the extra inch of wheel base. You can fit 4 wheels in there for track day. They made the sides flat in the trunk. I just took a couple pictures for you. |

It's definitely growing on me but that window destroys the looks in my opinion. I won't be super picky and NOT get the car for that reason though. It's still an AWD turbo beast ready for more boost.

I know what you mean man. I have little things like that with other cars that almost ruin it for me. But, at least to you easily see everything around you haha |
