you guys are all obviously noobs!
the Z is also a family car. a family of 2. after you divorce the wife because she's no longer special like the z. also if you note there is the baby-hitch latch thingie in the trunk. so yes, the z is also baby friendly. /end story |

If you have to haul kids, just bite the bullet and get a sedan. Like the Charger SRT8 Hellcat... I couldn't imagine trying to wrestle kids into a four "seat" coupe.

I already DD the Z, so the GT-R would be an improvement in just about every way (except cost). If you're talking about a new Z ($30-40K) + new DD ($25K) vs a used GT-R ($65-70K), I would prefer the new cars. I'd take a new GT-R any day in that scenario, but while I could afford a new DD payment with my current Z payment, there's no way I could afford a new GT-R
lol at the ragged out 2009 Z with a busted CSC and no oil cooler example

I can't see having either of those cars as an only vehicle, unless maybe I lived in Florida or something. So definitely 370 + a cheap DD (oh wait, that's what I've got).
I may be in the minority here but I don't see the GTR as the be-all end-all of fast cars; I'd much prefer a twin turbo 370. IMO the GTR doesn't look anything like how a car that costs $100K+ should look.
