well ladies and gents, decided to pop her cherry and get her up on the dyno for a few pulls. I was expecting somewhereabouts 270whp and about 235 ft/lbs, and strangely enough, thats right about how much I put down. I decided to do a good before and after dyno with every mod I add, Berk HFC's are pending purchase as we speak, and as soon as I get them I intend to dyno asap. Weird thing happened though, seems I made more power the hotter the engine became, strange. Also, seems as though he didnt take it to 7500rpms, probably could have made more power.
heres a pic of my sheet. Keep in mind, elevation is 4000 ft. ASL, was averaging about 90 degrees with a humidity of about 5%. ![]() ![]() ![]() Not bad, 268whp and 240 ft./lbs at 4k ft. Oh, heres a pic of me at the drags last sunday... guess the other car... ![]() Last edited by Red370; 10-02-2009 at 06:51 PM. |
