'15 Base 7AT = No Paddle Shifters???
Standing around at the dealership while my Z is being fixed and noticed that a new 2015 Base Z with 7AT has no paddle shifters. Has this always been this way or is this new for 2015? Seems like an expensive option to not have paddles...

Wow that's hard to believe. Not saying you're lying. Just can't believe nissan would do that.

Well, guess if you are in the market for a Base Z, and want a more "sporty" feel then you'll have to go with the 6mt . I'll teach anyone if they need lessons. $500/hr + tips

Config page looks to confirm the base model 7AT has lost the paddle shifters.
Sport models have it and says optional for Nismos (I assume this is because the transmission is optional).
