I got tired of buying crocodile boots every 3 months. So now I wear tennis shoes all the time. No matter what you buy it will wear down your footwear.

Well that's a bummer...but a small price to pay, I guess. My shoes are inexpensive flip flops but I am really not digging walking around with a black spot on my heel....lol

I only drive in certain shoes, though they are my normal casual shoes (80% of the time). When I go to work I drive in them and change when at my office, I had to go to some event a few weeks ago and it was in the high 90s here so I wore flip flops. I hated it so much, I took them off of course to drive but the feel of the pedals and my feet was just...wrong.

Side note, you might want to use the Signature feature rather than have to copy paste

with every post haha.. just a thought :)

Piloti's are nice as well. But I can't just order shoes because I am forced to wear orthodics due to flat feet so buying shoes is a hassle for me.

I just felt like I wanted to post about *something* on my new car..and so far I don't have anything to complain about except for that! I realize I'm in the minority here on this board, with my age and my gender LOL...my posts may always seem a bit "off" :rofl2:

Sandals for driving? - DANGER WILL ROBINSON! I tried driving in my steel toed work boots - not a good idea. I make sure I use shoes that are appropriate for driving in regardless of the threat of being locked up ;P ....

I only wore steel toed combat boots during the day and sandals by night for 4 years when I was in the military. :S
