Exclamation Can I get both Sport and Navigation package?

Sport Package = 19-inch RAYS forged wheels and Bridgestone Potenza tires, aerodynamic front and rear spoiler, larger Nissan Sport Brakes, SynchroRev Match (6-speed manual transmission only) and Viscous Limited Slip Differential

Navigation Package = Hard Drive-based Nissan Navigation System, 9.3GB Music Box Hard Drive and Interface System for iPodŽ.

Now both of them I like. I want the Sports package cause of the SynchroRev system but I also want the Navi package cause of the Navigation system and iPod interface. So my question is, would I be able to buy both packages on the same car or will I just have to pick and chose?

Thanks

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to get both, although in all honesty I don't see why people get the OEM navigation package. For the same price you could probably get an Alpine media centre/navigation system that is ten times better.

Yes you can get both the sports package and Nav option as long as you get the Touring model. The Sports package is available for both Base and Touring models. Nav is only available on the Touring model.

Welcome to the370z.com BTW

I'm pretty sure you should be able to get both. The 2 packages don't seem to have any options that would over-write each other.

I think people get the OEM navigation package because the console with the nav package looks a bit nicer than the console with the base 370z. If it's not ridiculously priced I would get it.

i would get the oem nav for its looks and integration. i have a high end stereo in my car right now so i know theres always better, but oem is so much cleaner and less hassle

ive been reading the reviews on myg37 of the oem nav and most ppl recommend it

The features on the OEM system look so good and clean. with it i dont think you really need to go aftermarket except for speakers.

$39,939 is all what your looking for with both configs

i look at it the opposite way.
i don't understand why people get aftermarket... it doesn't look "right" and it doesn't work as well with the car...

I'm the same way. I much rather prefer the nice flush factory nav/stereo over any aftermarket hatchet job.

I have the navigation in a G35xS and it is great. I didn't want it, but couldn't find an xS without it. As it turns out, I love it, more for the stuff that is included with nav rather than the nav itself. If I was buying another G, I would almost certainly want the nav again.

Still, if I buy a 370Z, I doubt I will be taking the nav. I expect finding a base Z with sport and no nav will be easy. If you are getting the touring version, the nav may turn out to be one of those non-optional options kind of like how it was in the G35xS.

BTW, the G has gradually become my wife's car because I just can't seem to keep her out of it. We'll be keeping the G which gives us a fantastic option for long trips and the Z can simply be a secondary vehicle.

The position of the OEM Nav is so much better than an in-dash aftermarket system.

+1 I agree, and there are ways of getting you OEM in dash to do what you want.

Thumbs up Sport & Navigation Packages together

yup, have them both on the Touring model (Sport + Nav) with the 6-speed manual transmission - awesome!
