Default My wife wants a 370Z !!!!! HELP HELP

Hi guys, I have been reading the threats for like 2 hours and knowing a lot of information about buying a new car.
P.S. I'm not good at english. and buying the car withing a month.

I have an altima sl now and lease is up.
here is the thing, i'm planing to buy 09 370Z touring and since 2010 is out, will the 09 model be cheapper than original price ?

I'm looking at this, 2009 370Z touring with AT and Navi only.
I'm sure touing model come with leather seat so no extra add ons.
here is the break down from edmunds:

2009 370Z touring AT invoice: $33122

MSRP online: $38330

navigation package invoice: $1605

destination charge:$720

so total invoice comes out:$35447

on top of all, i have customer loylty rebate:$1000

so...

question 1:
on the total of $35447, do i have to pay tax for destination charge ?
or only cauculate $35447-$720 than plus tax of %9.75,
whitch is 34727 plus tax and fees?

question 2:
after question one if i have to pay tax for destination charge,
plus after my customer loylty rebate of $1000
I'm thinking about total out the door with all fees and tax at $38000.
But its kind high for a 2009 model since 2010 is out.
for all you guys driving 370Z, do you think its a good deal or I can go lower?
if i can go lower than 38000 OTD, how much lower i can go? 36k? 35k?
since its 2009!!!

Finaly,
This car is for my wife and she only drive AT and wants a navi with back up camera from factory, so the number pretty much set with the model.
I ride motorcycle to work and i try to help my wife to get a good deal on her car, we will share it but i only get to drive on weekend.

so please guys, help me a bit here and let me know if 38000 OTD is good
or i can go lower and how much lower OTD.
Thank you guys sooooooooo much.
P.S. i already know what dealer have it, just want to do some home work before i go this weekend.

Nissan is making an OEM backup camera for the Z. It is in final stages of production. Don't let that stop you from buying a great sports car for the money!

Hey there, the reason i said that is because my wife always bump in to the garage door when she back the car in. so back up camera is very important.
i have drove 6 cars without back up camera and i was fine.
the camera is for my wife...not me, and yet, her family only drive BMW and Mercedes benz, she is just unlucky to married a poor guy like me.
