MPG different between Sports and Base?

I think you're just enjoying the new car more Are you really that concerned about the MPGs? If so, it looks like you're only option is to trade the car

Time to trade

Actually, I love the car! Just wondered what the cause could be? For now, I am seeking ways to improve the interior such as Nav system and blue tooth, synthetic leather sear covers, etc.

It could very well be caused by the wider tires on the sport, I know my l/km (sorry I live in Canada) increased a little when I switched to a wider tire on my g37

You may live in Canada, but I sure hope you meant km/l

MPG will increase as you put more miles, I was getting combined 19.5 MPG at 10k miles, 21.5 MPG at 15k, and now I am getting 22.5 MPG at almost 20k. At this rate, many years from now, my Z will get better MPG than a Prius ... all kidding aside, both of my 350z did the same, my best MPG was at around 60k miles with my last 2003 350z Track.

Well, it's true that you learn something every day. That seems so foreign to me. Thanks for the information!
