Who has the highest mileage 7AT? Issues with the tranny?
Since our 7 speed AT is maintenance free according to the service manual and dealer, I wonder if anyone ran into failures or issues with it with high mileage. Afterall, it is composed of moving parts. I also drive my vehicle hard, whenever I get the chance to.
I know someone that owns a Mercedes which also has the maintenance free transmission, it went out shortly after the warranty expired and it cost a testicle to replace. I currently have about 48k, who has the highest mileage and what are you planning on doing with the maintenance? 1. Nothing as indicated by service manual 2.
