FWIW this was the service manager, not just a tech, so I'm sure he thought it was a problem. He did say that it was rusted much more on top

FWIW this was the service manager, not just a tech, so I'm sure he thought it was a problem. He did say that it was rusted much more on top of those arms, an area that I could not see from just crawling underneath.
