Carbon Fiber Overlays
Has anyone thought about putting CF overlay on their cars? I was thinking of trying this out. I recently got this rock chip on my side fenders and the looks of it just bothers me. I was looking for alternative way to hide it or get rid of it. I saw this CF overlay for our cars or any cars actually.
http://www.more-japan.com/home.php?cat=1053 According to them it's REAL CF... And they actually sell sheets of it. Has anyone tried them? Maybe give some pointers on how to use it too hehe... |
that link is for bride seats

crap sorry... updated the OP
so what are trying to put the carbon fiber sheets on? the whole fender or just certain parts...
I'm probably going to do the whole fender. Since I got dinged there. It should match up with the CF hood also. Rather than spending a fortune for new fender or PURE CF product. I kind a hate putting CF stuff outside my car (like side skirts and what not) because I had CF lip before and I actually broke them in half hitting something on the fwy.
why not clear bra it instead...
I've thought about that... But looking to open my choices. I think this would be neat, no?
might be too much carbon fiber, but its your z
Well.... I'm not really looking to cover the whole front fender. I'm actually talking about the side fender. (driver and passenger) ... I've seen some cars with CF fenders. Looks pretty neat.

actual cf fenders or sheets like these over the fender
