Im pretty sure it was mention before but you have to fill it up with liquid nitrogen

Take it to a shop and have them pull the nipple piecing out of it. It will need a cross your heart bra to prevent further leaks.

Hydrogen its not recommended unless u want to fly...your carwill need a propeller in order to move and glide around

btw... have you actually tried inspecting the tire for a puncture? look for a nail head or screw head or something metal typically.
