its for show. Able to throw big ol wheels on there , then slam it.. only way to do that is to invert the wheels (like in the picture) which is called negative camber.
Typically you see this @ shows or photo shoots. On the road, you usually only see this on Hondas. More than likely the higher end "hellaflush" are probably on some type of air suspension to raise the car for street.. or just swap wheels. edit: for a picture tho, that Z looks pretty mean.

Those tires are so sticky that only 3/8ths of them can be in contact with the road otherwise they wouldn't move from the hella grip. That or they just have really bad taste.

OP, there are reasons cars run negative camber (and race cars normally run more). But the Hellaflush trend is retard. I think I own the only 240sx that isn't hellaflush slammed.
![]() Also, why do they call it flush? It's not flush if it's all tilted. Flush would be straight down parallel to the car.
