Since I like the sound of my engine 4 - 5K is about normal. I also get 12-13 MPG.

Yeah, I do that too. Actually I'll even wind it out to 6-7k if I'm merging or whatever... Needless to say, I'm always amazed at how much my fuel range increases when I go on long, boring highway trips.

I wss amazed driving to texas (1400 miles) i have 7at and left it in D for all the highway driving and averaging 65mph got right at 31.5 mpg. Shell gas only...
