The Z gets 18 hp while the GT-R gets 55... The monster is way more important then the beauty =(

You mean the Nismo versions.

Besides, its easier to just bump up the boost and make power. The new trims definitely make sense, aside from just dumping the base model and replacing it with the Sport. |
Interesting they have a 2015 Roadster listed, I thought reports stated the roadster was done, guess not.
|
One last hoo-rah before redesign
|
Lol. They are still making it. Well they had to i guess as the 2015 nismo was already been unveiled. Glad to see they somewhat less complicated the trim levels.

Anyone know if the price for a 2014 nismo will go down when the 2015 nismo comes out? If so by how much? planning on leasing a 370 w/sport package, so im not too sure how much more expensive the '14 nismo should be
|
Man. I'm in the crossroads. I want a 370z badly, but I wonder if I should attempt to wait for the redesign.

cant compare a 45K car with a 164K car |
Wonder what the new non-nav headunit will look like. I'll bet it has a small 4-4.5" color lcd screen.
Seems like the Sport tech just a new name for the Sport + Touring + tech packages of years past. |
I wonder if they going to add a new color.
|
I'm anxious to hear what the "revised suspension tuning" consists of.

the z got nothing in terms of power |

Well they haven't revised engine but at least the suspension been reworked a few times. :ugh2: |

People compare a 911 TT-S to a GT-R all day long :icon17: Price isn't always a barrier to a proper comparison. |

looks to me nissan is trying to use up all the remaining inventory of parts on this 2015 model year to introduce a new Z in 2016.
|
be funny it came with two steering locks. lol

Since my lip kit is mangled up, I'm looking forward to fitting the new NISMO bumper and side skirts. I plan to modify the front bumper by eliminating the openings for the DRL and taming the lower air dam. The side skirt is a nice change. Overall, it needs a nice subtle lip kit. I'm keeping the rear bumper, but will add a diffuser. Hopefully fitment is easier than the previous NISMO. We'll see...
I might just leave my motor alone and invest in an electronic boost controller and give it a dyno tune. Hopefully it doesn't pop ;) |
digi- your car is STILL for sale, no?

I gotta know. Why is it Granma red? Do older women like the color or something?

Walking out in the parking lot I noticed a granma car that under the lights had a lot of orange metallic very similar to magma red. I tried to get a pic but granma car didn't really show its true color. I hadn't noticed the similarities until Kenchan said that and I see it a lot more now, the jerk :icon17: http://i327.photobucket.com/albums/k...psyo9f57zg.jpg |

Ugh Auto Nismo Z? Really? That's still bothersome to me because the Z is so much better with a true stick. To be able to shift by using a third pedal it's just so much fun and rewarding since driving stick does require skill. Plus you can sit without your feet on a pedal rather than pressing on the brake the whole time.
I bet the next manual Z won't be around for a long time, look at what Porsche did, isn't the caveman only available in Auto now? |
