Default Need Some Advice - Paintless Dent Removale

Not a good weekend. I parked my 370Z PW Nismo in no mans land at
a shopping center. Came out to see a shopping cart resting against
my drivers door. The paint itself is not scratched or broken. The door
has a small crease about 3 inch's long and very hard to see.

Ive used a PDR for a lease return and it went great except for one spot on the lower bottom portion of the door. The dings and creases in the middle of panels went exceptionally well. I would be hard pressed to point out where the damage used to be. I would suggest getting estimates for the removal from local PDR techs and it shouldnt cost too much...If there is no paint damage this is absolutely the best route to go. Just make sure you do research into the local guys and pick the best one, see if you can find referrals or reviews online for them. You will meet them when they see the car so go with who you trust.

yah, definitely consider PDR. pearl whites are notorious for hard to
color match anyways.

this is one of many reasons why i dont take my Z to the stores.
and i am a guy that has professional training in PDR. and yes,
i can fix creases.

Thank you Kenchan...True one...It's the very first ding in four straight
years of driving and logging 60,000 miles as of to date. I located a
PDR specialist that works on Porsche, BMW and euro exotics....
This PDR has a lot of experience working with Aluminum panels as well.
Thank you again. Why is it on the first day of the ding it looked three
times as big...

I had several dings and creases removed from my 240Z two years ago and could not believe how perfect the repair looked, especially for the price! Amazing!

Kenchan, great news to report. The PDR specialist came right on time today
for removing the small 4 inch crease - small dent. The sounds were hard
to listen to as he beat and shaped the small crease - dent back into place.
The total price was 250.00 and it looks as good as new...The PDR specialist
ran a black light against the Pearl White paint looking for any imperfections.
None could be found.....But those dam sounds will keep me awake for a
few nights...Thank you again.

hahaha, yah that's a normal process to knock down the high points
after pressing out the crease.

good to hear everything turned out to your satisfaction.

I had a PDR guy come out to my house to take a few little dimples out of my hatch that the dealer swears he did not put there (he did).

The PDR guy worked in my garage which is a separate building, and he made me wait in the house while he worked. These guys are like magicians.

Did he leave you any special surprises?

I need to get PDR on a hood ding, it bugs me every time I see it.

Wise choice Onzedge waiting in the house...Those "dam sounds" are "still ringing
in my ears"....Correct... Magicians are a great job description..

I have a tiny dent in the driver side fender.. which did not chip the paint..just put a little divit there (its something that no one notices unless you point it out).

Its bothered me for quite a while.. have to research how much a PDR guy would charge to pop it out.
