Launching techniques for 6MT anyone?

4500 is WAY too high

There is no perfect rpm. So much depends on the road surface.

But there seems to be a consensus that somewhere between 3,000 to 4,500 is best.

When I launch at an autocross I usually let the clutch in quickly around 3,500 and find my self way too fast for the first gate
