370z and Turbonique
someone needs to find an old tubonique unit and make it fit on the 370z. Rep to anyone who has even heard of Turbonique powered cars (without looking it up). The idea is so simple I am amazed it has never made a come back.

turboniques concept was to have a liquid fuel rocket engine which would spin an impeller conected to an output shaft. that shaft would either connect to the rear differential in their drag axle kit or spin a supercharger under the hood in their blower kit. either way power is put to the ground through the wheels mechanically instead of the rocket just pushing the car with its thrust. talk about no turbo lag |
