a bit harsh man, the SRT isnt a terrible entry level tuner, the guy is interested in our car, lets encourage him and prod him in the right direction. Besides, he never said his car was better than a 370.

Agree with the previous 2 posters.. The last thing we need is to turn this forum into another MY350Z afterschool hangout..

I had an SRT4 before the 370Z. Same s/n on srtforums, far from stock almost every bolt-on with the S20G turbo kit. Anyways, I'm more than happy with the Z. But then again I was looking for something a little more civil than the SRT4 I had.
Complaints: lack of space, blind spots take some getting used to, aftermarket parts cost more in comparison to SRT4 parts. Lack of space is not really a big concern for me since no one wanted to ride in the SRT4 anyways (too stiff, vibrated too much, too loud). |

No compliants here.
However, a few things to keep in mind that come up often: ~No oil cooler (only a problem if you plan on tracking; easily fixed by adding an aftermarket) ~Road noise (easily fixed by turning the radio up) ~Engine/Transmission noise (some people complain about how loud the motor is, I personally love it - sounds mean) ~1st-2nd gear shifting in the manual is rough/loud (some have this problem, others dont - after a few weeks its not even noticable anymore) This is just my ![]()

coming from someone in a sport, which does all the work for you. Go figure. Its not hard to shift smoothly, but as stated before, takes practice.
