People really do win these things. A guy here locally won a new Challenger from a national sweepstakes. The other day when I went in for a test drive they were having a big party for him with balloons and cake etc. The guy ended up taking $20k in cash though as he had a new car and didn't want to pay the taxes.

Definitely.. a girl in our office won a Mustang through a radio station contest.. ended up keeping the car.. was zero hassle.. she showed up at the dealership and they told her the amount and she picked it out. Uncle Sam comes later for his portion.
