(Yes, I'm searching! I have a clicking sound coming from the rear driver's side that I can hear at low speeds when I'm near something to reflect it back. Very rhythmic with speed and sounds kinda like a bristle of a rake stuck somewhere, but I can't for the life of me find anything.)

The new mustang is a nice car but I see 5.0's everyday. In 4 years I've only ever seen 1 nismo 370 and only seen it a handful of times. But if you want it then get it. Good luck to ya!

Jack up the rear end and remove wheels. Retorque your Axel nut. If that fixes your issue then that was your problem. U can opt to take it to a dealership and have them 're grease the joints too if u want.

I certainly agree that there are more mustangs on the road but I see more and more 370s every week. Oddly enough there are 5 nismos I've seen in my area 2 white 1 gunmetal and 2 other black ones besides mine. Then my mom just bought a white persimmon 2013 (which is a huge buzz kill) and a gun metal non nismo and a silver one I pass on the way to work...I wave every time. No one waves back. Super annoying. Also seeing more nismos than base models is odd but whatever. I don't see not owning a car bc other ppl have one as a con anymore although I used to like getting the looks. But it seems to non enthusiasts 370z =350z and 350zs are everywhere just like mustangs. I came out of AutoZone the other day and this chic with her boyfriend was like ooh wars that and I heard him say oh it's only a 350z. Kinda pissed me off

Is your mom single? I'm interested if she's got 3 Zs!

Lol no my mom is not single. She also doesn't have 3 z's just the one white one. She actually just traded in her 1987 Porsche 911 Targa for it because she liked mine so much whenever I get over to visit my parents.

I do agree with this. I've had my 370 nismo for 2 months and non car enthusiasts call it a 350 who don't know better every damn time.

A couple things to look out for with the 2011-12 5.0s are the MT82 trans and cylinder 8. They have heat issues in cylinder 8 and they like to go up quick. I would do a compression test to make sure the motor's fine, before even considering it.

Definitely test drive the car and go through every gear to make sure it goes in smooth and doesn't whine. After the test drive, leave the car running and smell the exhaust, just to make sure it doesn't smell of oil.

The 5.0s aren't as rare as the Nismo Z, but man are they fun to drive. They handle exceptionally well for being what they are.

Or you know, if you want big power and great handling, you could always put a V8 into a well handling car.

Mustangs and Camaros are nice, but everyone has one. I can count on one hand the number of 370z's I've seen running around..

test drove a few 2014 5.0's and a few 2014 z's at the dealers and was surprised at the 5.0 mustang...by the way sorry im the biggest mustang hater...never liked any of them but test driving a new one has convinced me, now im a huge fan of the new 2013-2014 style lol.
