I'm all for customer satisfaction. Whether it's a $5 widget or a 30+ thousand sports car.
If a customer is not happy and the issues are real, then Nissan should make the customer happy/satisfied. Treating people like they actually matter goes a LONG way towards brand loyalty. If Nissan had treated the OP like he actually mattered in the first place, this entire thread would not exist. |

I haven't read any responses but. The 2009 had many a problems from oil consumption to things not working as well as they should, transmission getting clicky. The 2011 I had felt like it had no problems and felt well sorted. I won't ever buy a first year car anymore haha. I will wait 3 years so I don't have to be a beta tester for a car.
My brother now owns the 2011 and it is still running great!

Yo, man disregard the dismissive posts! Nissan has a real problem with their customer service and reliability.
Check out my thread: Cracked Head Gasket Brand new car with a failed engine, a year later its still not repaired right and their repair caused numerous new issues. Not only is Nissan non-helpful, but the dealership is downright criminal and constantly try to nickel and dime me for things that should be warranty repairs cut and dry.
