ISF's are pretty common around here. You can see 3 or 4 at the local Outback any given weekend.

Get a ride in a LFA. You'll change your mind in an instant.

Heading to my nearest Lexus dealer now! :icon17:

I know the LFA is an amazing car. I really do. I'm just saying I would never own one if I had the money. If I was given one, the Ls would come off before I drove it off the lot! :icon23:

Insecure? It's ok. Some people aren't out to impress others.

Although not sporty, sadly their build quality trumps Nissan at every comparable model

A new Toyota or Lexus mid ranged priced sports car will defintely be worth a look.

I'm not sure what Nissan's comparable model to a Scion TC is, but I assisted my daughter in buying one and we'll never be doing a TC again :shakes head:

ive had the sad experience of having to have to drive economy rentals on hertz and ive pretty much driven most popular ones out there. when i rode a yaris, scion, and corolla, it reminded me of GM cars and how toyota just made too many watered down cars in their line up. :ugh:

as all my posts, i only speak from experience. if those low end toyota's are good for you, then we would need to question your interpretation of value or youre meaning of good. :D haha

 I've driven just about every main stream car there is. (side note, I hate Hertz the most of all those companies) I don't put too much thought into the economy cars from any brand outside of gas mileage and reliability but I agree, they are definitely watered down. With small cars, you get more value with the domestics, but I'm not ready to own another american car for awhile.

Insecure? I simply don't like the brand.

There is a reason Chevy, Ford, Hyundai, etc don't use their company logo on some of their cars.

That's usually only because they make new brands just for those cars, such as Corvette. I actually had to laugh to myself when I found out that Dodge doesn't make trucks anymore, they have a new brand for those, called...wait for it...Ram. :shakes head:

I also honestly have to laugh at any company proclaiming that they would be "picky" about who buys their vehicles. Reading the article about Lexus doing that with the LFA, their requirements seem to be more along the lines of "we want to make sure that these cars are driving around in the right areas so that they can be rolling advertisements to more people who could buy them." In short, if you have the money and live in Beverly Hills, you're good. If you have the money and prefer to live in Radcliffe, KY, they'd prefer you buy something else. It's all snob factor, which is proven to sell cars, though typically only to idiots that need the snob factor.

Oh well, to each it's own.
