OASIS or Vehicle History Report...Help!
 

When I owned my 2004 Mustang Mach 1, there was a young lady who would do Oasis Reports for free on our VINs to show us all data including warranty claims and final build dates...

I was wondering if there is a member here that can do the same for us?

I'm curious to know two things...one my build date and two AutoCheck says I have two records against my z and I have not taken it in to the dealer for anything!

Two things could be delivery of vehicle to dealership and vehicle sold to owner (being you).

i hope thats all it is, but i would still like to have a copy of the oasis report :tup:

no sir...i know it can be done for free...i may ask Donna if she can run my vin, though not sure if it was just fords she had access to or not...

Any time you vehicle goes to the dealership, changes ownership, or you crash it will pop up with a record on the history report.

yep, got that....however, i am the first owner and my z has never been to the dealer for any warranty claims...

In NC even annual inspections show on a Carfax..

when the dealer gets it.... that shows on record

when you buy it, shows on record....

no confusion here...like i said i just wanted a copy for myself ;)

do a carfax, all it's gonna say is the car was sold to the dealer and the car is registered under your name. everytime you do registration or safety it's another record ea. i wouldn't worry about it, my 2000 celica had 22 records before i sold it and they were all registration and safety checks and a couple warranty work.

im not gonna pay twenty bucks for that though...thats why i asked here...cause in the mach1registry there was a cool chick who worked at a ford dealership that gave us oasis reports for free!
