I ordered some carbon fiber Z emblems from them and the quality wasn't that good. So I sent them an email and picture of the issue and they emailed me

I ordered some carbon fiber Z emblems from them and the quality wasn't that good. So I sent them an email and picture of the issue and they emailed me right back to make it right. I selected another style emblem and they refunded my $, sent me a FedEx return label, and sent the replacement emblems right out. That's my only experience with them but I was very impressed. Great communication and customer service.
