I owned a 350 previous to the 370.My plan on the 350 and,doing same
on the 370 is to give the car a supercar look.Makes like McClaren,Ferrari,Lambo etc
have been influences.I've added quite a bit of carbon fiber. Some custom parts like
door jamb covers.Everything I've done has been to improve the looks of the car.
I've worked with ZCF.As Z owners themseves,ZCF has been fantastic.

I had a grand laying around so I asked the wife if I could get coked out for the weekend. She said no. So I bought a used FI exhaust from a forum member.

When it comes to the exterior, I have the same formula for all my cars. I like to keep it subtle.
-Lower (more flush) stance
-Nice wheels
-Front lip/side skirts
-Tinted windows

When it comes to performance, it's car dependent. For the Z, I would like to go FI next year, so I'm limiting money spent on mods unless they can also support FI. I don't want to go full race car either. I want a nice street car with about 450-500whp.

Everybody has their own creative imagination. To me, modifying your car is like art. You have a vision and the car is your canvas. Paint away.

OEM exhaust is too quiet.

OEM Rays - Whilst they look great, every '13 has them, so I am changing it up a bit.

My massive checking account balance inspired my mods.

Also, my need to be different and have unique stuff helped.

Form follows function... somebody else posted this previous, and that is the same reason for my modifications.

1. Oil cooler as I live in the warmer climate of south Louisiana. A great must in the heat of the summer months. A little problematic in the cold of winter - I like to see 180F on the oil gauge before I shut her off. Outside temps of lower 30's and below, she stays in the garage.
2. Intakes and exhaust, including High Flow Cats, for improved throttle responsiveness and added hp and torque for least amount of cash (Although I paid a tidy sum for an FI exhaust, I love both sound and looks)
3. Upgraded tranny and diff oil to Redline MT
4. Upgraded sway bars to Eibach for even more improved steering response and handling
5. Added F1 blinking brake light in place of the fake light for better back-end security from dumba$$es who pay attention to every text on their phone rather than traffic conditions infront of them.

... and she still looks as good as the day I drove her out of the dealership. No gaudy ricer look for me, just classy looking car with plenty balls both in power and handling while preserving her resale value, not that I even want to think about selling her.

I added a telephone pole to my front bumper to increase engine displacement to 7 litres and add two cylinders. I didn't want to, but the z decided it was best as we slid sideways off road at speed. Didn't have much time to talk it over.
