[Official] Which 1st mod(s) for my Z thread.

I'm a bit confused. In this thread I see that when talking about replacing the exhaust the most "restrictive" part is the HFC...Kind of eluding that it doesn't make sense

I'm a bit confused. In this thread I see that when talking about replacing the exhaust the most "restrictive" part is the HFC...Kind of eluding that it doesn't make sense to swap the exhaust unless you're also changing out the cats. But on most on the dyno's I've seen the bulk of HP gain has been from the exhaust and HFC have only added like... 5hp? Can anyone explain this to me.
