actually, in order for the "flipper" to open, a nozzle has to be inserted into the hole.
With that said, the two marks in the picture above, is probably the release button to make the flipper open up. (if there's a "flipper"). the fords are like that, you can see two little notches in the nozzle entrance and thats what opens up their internal cover. |
