Rent an exotic and drive around a race track with her as passenger. Afterward the z should feel slow to her.

one girl I was seeing last year said when I go fast it turns her on

my current GF doesn't really like me going that fast so I just do it when shes not in the car

I was driving on 17 this past weekend (anyone in South Florida knows this road)-its straight as a ruler and about 60 miles...one lane each way, speed limit 60. CC on about 68...for about 15 minutes when i run up to TWO slow cars, going about 57. My wife is playing a game on her cell phone, I drop to third and throw the hammer down. You don't have to drive fast to enjoy your car. Quite honestly I've been careless before and have gotten lucky. So I have to think really hard before flooring it. Well, boost is addictive, and I forget to let go sometimes. :P

Seriously though, as long as you're not pulling any crazy wreckless stunts with her in the passenger side, I'm sure you'll be fine.

My turn to share... so this chick said to me "What's the point of buying a sports car if you don't race it?" O_o
