Nissan 370Z Forum

Would you purchase an "active" rear spoiler?

Better yet, cut some holes in your car for free and make F ducts.

3000GT twin turbos had active aero, both a tilting spoiler and front air dam. Never noticed a difference under daily driving conditions and as the car got older, the spoiler motor would get stuck in the engaged position and annoy the hell out of me. There is such a thing as over-engineering.

$1K?

I'd rather pay $2K if they have an option for StopTech BBK.

Would be cool if it came with the car but I wouldn't want to add one
