I highly doubt the GM will give a rats arse about their customers. He's in the money making business himself so I'm sure he's the one pressuring the service department

I highly doubt the GM will give a rats arse about their customers. He's in the money making business himself so I'm sure he's the one pressuring the service department to meet quota or whatever.
The GM probably will send a fake apology letter at most
