What rims are these?

I saw these cool looking rims on this video and I was wondering if anyone knew what the name of these rims are called.

The flag look slike it says Nessen, but I looked at Nessen and they don't have that wheel. Maybe an older wheel? Seems that only Nessen makes concave big lip wheels.

Thanks for the help, I looked at Nessen's facebook page and they had the picture of the 370z with that rim on their timeline.
