I also love how the Europeans mock the Vette's use of leaf springs as if they were old wagon springs or something.

Exactly, man I would love to shoe horn an E39 M5 V-8 or better yet an E60 M5 V-10 in there but I think I'll pass on the 10K+ easy for that price tag. The only problem is with those swaps it's so hard to piece together the oil pan and everything else needed to make that beast of a motor work in a car it was never meant for lol. But I'm determined one day to make it happen.

One Sunday night I drove from the DC area back to school in southern VA... 270 mile trip. The last 150 mountainous miles of that trip was in a snow storm. I did about 30 mph down the interstate following the tracks of 18 wheelers, but I had about 30 miles to drive once I got off the highway. It was pitch black and the roads had been untraveled as it was about midnight. I was sideways, I was all over, but I made it home. Drove through some areas that had 6+ inches of snow and I didn't stop for any stop signs or red lights... I HAD to maintain momentum. Great drive.

I was shaking when I got home. It was very intense. The highway wasn't bad but there were a few times when I slipped. The surface roads were absolute madness, though. I saw maybe two or three other cars on the road and they were all 4x4s. I almost wrote it off a couple of times but I made it. My adrenaline was pumping so much that I never slept until well into the next day.

when i was test driving that cobra whenever you'd put it in 1st gear from a stop you'd hear a clunk noise in the back, sound like it was comming from the diff. the salesman said that was normal, was it? also, when you nail it from low speeds, the engine would literally cut on and off the power, it was kinda annoying, was that normal? im thinking it might be a traction control or something?

Driven several, Terminator, The Beast, whatever, its a real deal monster. Driven one with 700rwhp scared the **** out of me. Love the 03-04, but what can I say, Mustangs are like Aholes everyone has one (no offense). There are less than 10,000 370Z's currently in the US. You might not like us, but your girlfriend does.
