Because we have people that sue saying that the brake went out and the car kept accelerating. That doesn't fly with the override.

To do a proper brake burn out, you should be installing line locks, not bypassing a safety feature of the vehicle.

The possible consequences of what the OP is trying to do should be pretty obvious.
