NA Performance Products
I'm creating this thread to see if there is any interest (market) for NA performance parts. I am not a sponsor but I'm sure that if they see a great amount of interest they might want to get involve in building it.
This is just to see what type of products would you like if you want to keep your Z NA. I also added a poll to see how many ppl will actually buy NA parts only and have no plans of going FI. Please, say what part you might want a sponsor or performance shop to build |

I had my share of FI with a 8-71 blown 447 bigblock in my 70 pro street camaro. With the Z I plan on doing the basics - intake and exhaust, pullies a tune and then I'm done.

NA. After doing all the research, reading, and spending time listening to feedback from some shops, I do not have the coin to sustain long term FI ownership and a DD Z. As much as I am very tempted to boost especially with the choices available (BP, FI, Greddy, GTM, and what not) BP and FI specifically for their service, I would have to turn the Z to a weekend car of sorts instead of a true dd road warrior. I also have a tendency to keep cars for loooong time so I need true reliability. It is a different level of commitment when you go FI. Some may disagree but that is just my opinion.

I've used my TT Z as a daily for 15k miles with no issues. It's all in the install and tune.

Not necessarily that but the driving conditions in which you are putting the car through. My dad's 350 just turned 200k. It drives like new! My wifes altima is in rough shape and only has 140k. Difference is the 350 was driven in 90% light traffic. At 3oclock in the morning on the 91 there isn't any traffic and at 10 am same thing. As to where my wifes car sat in the corona commute for 5 years and has had a lot more maint. done to it because of heat soak. Also it depends on the drivers driving characteristics. Redline every gear and see how long it takes for the motor to give out.

I did the same thing to my Z. I knew that there is potential to get a LOT mileage out of my car and I wanted to do that with just a little bit more pep in my step. So I decided to do breather mods with a tune and Im extremely happy with my Z.
