just walk miles to get gas..
 

is 2 oclock in the morning driving home my fuel indicator said i have 100 miles+ and with 6 dots left of gas but the car just stalled with no gas.... and i walk miles to the gas station to buy one gallon gas tank cost me 15 bucks and 5 bucks of gas.... worst night ever OMG.

my car is 2010 40th anniversary Z warranty expired dont know how much it will cost to fix it ...

Worst night ever? I remember one night when I locked the keys in my running car. I got out to clean the buildup of snow on my wipers. Force of habit to lock the door when I get out of the car and not thinking. Anyway, winter, -10C, snowstorm, gale force winds, 11PM and a 2 mile walk round trip back to the GF's house to get her car key. I only wish this could have happened in a warm climate like Florida. Hope you get the fuel gauge sorted out. BTW, that was only your worst night up until now. There will be worse.

Were you making a hard right-hand turn?

Sorry about your bad luck! I always reset the trip to zero when I feel the gas tank, I know how many miles I can go with gas of tank and when it gets to qtr mark I fill up the tank
In the city driving I can go around 280 miles when it gets to qtr tank and that is pretty accurate each time maybe few miles up or down!!

This is most likely fuel starvation, not him running out of gas.
